13.Yes. It makes you feel good to help people. They might even fame you. Which would be a bonus.

15.Never. Why make fun of them. It'll make me feel bad. Plus why should people make fun of noobs when they were noobs once.

20.Yes. (and it's annoying) People should use their fame/defame for someone that's worth faming/defaming and not waste it.
